The GD25WQ80EEIGR is a 8Mb (1MB) wide-voltage SPI NOR Flash from GigaDevice's GD25WQ series, packaged in 8-USON (3×2mm XFDFN with bottom thermal pad), supporting an ultra-wide operating voltage range of 1.65V~3.6V, making it suitable for low-power battery-powered devices. It supports three communication modes: standard SPI, dual-line Dual SPI, and quad-line Quad SPI, with a maximum clock frequency of 104MHz in quad mode. It features a built-in 256-byte page buffer, supports 4KB sector erase, 32KB/64KB block erase, and offers 100,000 standard erase/write cycles with 20 years of data retention. Integrated functions include hardware WP write protection, HOLD pause, software reset, OTP security registers, unique device ID, and read/write pause. It operates in an industrial temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, complies with RoHS3 environmental standards, has an MSL3 moisture sensitivity level, and comes in tape-and-reel mass production packaging. The device is pin-compatible with general-purpose SPI Flash of the same capacity and can directly replace models like W25Q80 and GD25Q80.
