The GD32A5xx series MCUs are based on the 100MHz Cortex®-M33 core, equipped with 384KB Flash and 48KB SRAM, along with dedicated code space configurable as 64KB DFlash/4KB EEPROM. The chips operate at a wide voltage range of 2.7-5.5V, with a temperature range of -40 to +125°C and a service life of over 15 years. To enable diverse body control and connectivity applications, the GD32A5xx integrates multiple communication interfaces for enhanced connectivity, supporting up to 3 USARTs, 2 I2Cs, 2 SPIs, and 1 I2S, as well as 2 CAN FD and 3 LIN interfaces. To meet development needs, the newly added MFCOM component can be flexibly configured as USART/SPI/I2C/LIN interfaces, further improving design flexibility. The chips feature 1 general-purpose 16-bit timer, 2 basic timers, and 4 PWM advanced timers. The built-in 12-bit ADC supports a sampling rate of up to 1M SPS and integrates high-precision analog peripherals such as fast comparators and DACs for automotive motor control. The GD32A5xx supports ECC verification for Flash/RAM and CRC verification for data communication. It also includes functions like high/low voltage monitoring (BOR/PDR) and clock monitoring to ensure system stability and safety. With outstanding electrostatic protection and noise immunity (ESD/EFT), it meets the automotive electronics requirements for low failure rates and high reliability.
