The SN65LVDS2DBVR is a single-channel LVDS receiver chip compliant with the ANSI TIA/EIA-644 standard, converting differential LVDS signal inputs into LVTTL single-ended level outputs. The chip integrates an internal 100Ω line termination resistor, eliminating the need for external matching resistors and simplifying PCB layout. It features a typical receiver propagation delay of 2.5ns, a differential input threshold of <100mV, and supports high-speed serial transmission up to 400Mbps. Equipped with an open-circuit failsafe mechanism, it outputs a stable high level when differential lines are disconnected. With bus pin ESD withstand voltage exceeding 9kV, it delivers excellent electrostatic and electromagnetic interference immunity. Operating at a wide supply voltage range of 2.4~3.6V, it comes in an ultra-compact SOT-23-5 surface-mount package, shipped in tape-and-reel for mass production, and is rated MSL1 moisture sensitivity. It is suitable for long-distance differential signal reception applications such as industrial control displays, camera image transmission, telecommunications equipment, and high-speed peripheral interconnects.
