Product Description
TPS3823-33DBVR is a voltage supervisor IC manufactured by TI, packaged in SOT-23-5 with marking PARI. This chip integrates power supply monitor, power-on reset(POR), watchdog timer and manual reset function, designed for 3.3V MCU systems. It will assert reset signal once the supply voltage falls below threshold. The embedded watchdog timer automatically resets the system if the microcontroller fails to feed the watchdog within the timeout period to avoid program lockup. It supports external manual reset button and features open-drain reset output. Operating voltage ranges from 2.7V to 6V with low quiescent current. Widely used in embedded boards, industrial control modules, smart meters, IoT terminals and other electronic equipment for power monitoring and system protection.
