TPS54331DR is a high-performance non-synchronous step-down (buck) DC-DC converter from Texas Instruments. It integrates an 80mΩ high-side MOSFET, supporting up to 3A continuous output current. The device adopts Eco-mode™ pulse skipping technology to maintain high efficiency at light loads. It has a wide input voltage of 3.5V to 28V, and the output voltage can be adjusted down to 0.8V. Fixed 570kHz switching frequency, with only 1μA typical shutdown current, saving power in standby state. It integrates comprehensive protection circuits including cycle-by-cycle current limit, thermal shutdown, overvoltage transient protection and adjustable soft start to limit inrush current.
