LSM6DSOWTR is STMicroelectronics iNEMO 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU). It combines 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope inside a tiny LGA14 package. It adopts always-on low power architecture with typical 0.55mA working current, perfect for battery-powered devices. It has rich built-in motion detection functions: step counting, tilt detection, wake-up, free fall, single/double click. It supports I2C, SPI and MIPI I3C communication. The embedded FSM and MLC can process motion events inside sensor to reduce MCU load.
