The GD32VW553 series MCU integrates a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6 RF module compliant with the IEEE 802.11ax standard, while maintaining backward compatibility with IEEE 802.11b/g/n standards, making it suitable for diverse network environments. Its on-chip Bluetooth LE 5.2 RF module extends communication range, enhances throughput, improves security, and reduces power consumption according to the latest Bluetooth specifications. Designed for real-time processing and efficient communication, the GD32VW553 series adopts a new open-source RISC-V processor core with a clock speed up to 160MHz. It integrates up to 4MB Flash, 320KB SRAM, and an additional 32KB configurable instruction cache (I-Cache), significantly boosting CPU processing efficiency. Beyond exceptional wireless performance, the chip also features versatile wired interfaces. The GD32VW553 further incorporates multiple security features to simplify secure connectivity and management of high-performance wireless devices, thereby strengthening system security. With an operating voltage range of 1.8V–3.6V and extended temperature options of 85°C–105°C, it meets the demands of industrial IoT, lighting systems, socket panels, and other high-temperature applications.
