TMS320F280049PZSR belongs to TI C2000 F28004x family high-performance 32-bit floating-point microcontroller (DSC). The main frequency reaches 100MHz, built-in FPU, TMU and CLA hardware accelerators, which is specially optimized for real-time closed-loop control.

It has 256KB on-chip flash memory, 100KB RAM, rich peripherals including high-resolution ePWM, multi-channel ADC, SDFM, PGA and CAN bus. The chip adopts LQFP100 package, wide temperature range from -40℃ to 125℃, meets industrial grade requirements.
