AT24C64D-XHM-T is a 64Kbit serial EEPROM manufactured by Microchip. It adopts 2-wire I2C communication interface, organized as 8192×8 bits. The chip features wide voltage operation from 1.7V to 5.5V, high speed 1MHz I2C bus, up to 1 million write and erase endurance, long data retention time. Packaged in TSSOP-8, small footprint SMD type. It supports multi-chip cascade on single I2C bus. Built-in Schmitt trigger input for noise filtering, stable performance in noisy environment. Commonly used in embedded systems, MCU peripheral storage, smart devices, instrument calibration data storage, product serial number storage and other scenarios.
