Product Description
The GD32F350xx devices belong to the value line of the GD32 MCU family. They are new 32-bit general-purpose microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M4 RISC core, offering the best cost-performance ratio with enhanced processing power, reduced power consumption, and peripherals. The Cortex-M core implements a complete set of DSP instructions to meet the efficient and user-friendly hybrid demands for control and signal processing capabilities. It also provides a robust trace technology to enhance application security with advanced debugging support. The GD32F350xx devices integrate the ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit processor core operating at 108 MHz with zero-wait-state Flash access for maximum efficiency. They provide up to 128 KB of on-chip Flash memory and up to 16 KB of SRAM memory. Enhanced I/Os and peripherals are connected to two APB buses. The devices offer a 12-bit ADC, a 12-bit DAC, two comparators, up to five general-purpose 16-bit timers, one general-purpose 32-bit timer, one basic timer, one PWM advanced timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two SPIs, two I2Cs, two USARTs, one I2S, one HDMI-CEC, one TSI, and one USBFS. The devices operate at a supply voltage of 2.6 to 3.6 V and are available in an ambient temperature range of -40 to 85°C. Multiple power-saving modes provide maximum optimization flexibility between wake-up latency and power consumption, which is particularly important for low-power applications. These features make the GD32F350xx devices suitable for a wide range of applications, especially in industrial control, motor driving, user interfaces, power monitoring and alarm systems, consumer handheld devices, gaming and GPS, e-bikes, and more.
