1. Chip Introduction The AP2112 is a CMOS process low-dropout linear regulator with an enable function, guaranteeing a continuous load current of 600mA (minimum). It provides fixed output voltages of 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.6V, or 3.3V. The LDO offers an output accuracy of ±1.5% and features a very fast loop response, delivering superior performance in handling line and load transients. The AP2112 includes an auto-discharge function that connects the output to ground via a 60Ω resistor when the device is disabled. This regulator has low power consumption and is available in SOT-25, SOT-89-5, and SO-8 packages. The previous S-23-5, SOT-89-5, and SOIC-8 packages were labeled as SOT23-5, SOT895, and SO-8, respectively, but have been renamed to align with Diodes Incorporated's latest nomenclature. 2.
