GigaDevice GD32C231C8T6 is an entry-level 32-bit MCU based on Arm Cortex-M23 core, running up to 48MHz. It features 64KB Flash (ECC) and 12KB SRAM (ECC), packaged in LQFP-48 with 45 GPIO pins. The device operates from 1.8V to 5.5V and supports industrial temperature range -40°C ~ 105°C. Integrated peripherals include 12-bit ADC (13 channels), 2 comparators, 5 timers, 3 USART, 2 I2C, 2 SPI, 1 I2S, DMA, RTC and CRC.
