Product Overview

SN65HVD232DR is a 3.3V CAN bus transceiver fully compliant with ISO 11898 standard, perfectly matched with 3.3V DSP and CAN controller chips. It supports communication rate up to 1 Mbps, providing differential transmit and differential receive functions to realize signal conversion between single-ended CAN controller and differential CAN bus.

Product Feature Difference

Different from SN65HVD230 and SN65HVD231 with multi-mode control pins, SN65HVD232 is a simplified basic CAN transceiver. Pin5 (Vref) and Pin8 are NC (no connect), no extra slope adjustment or low-power sleep control function, simpler peripheral circuit design, lower application cost.
