The GD33AP236x series integrates three configurable LDOs, featuring a power supply architecture compatible with mainstream products in the market while optimizing load adaptability to meet the stable power demands of automotive multi-voltage domains. LDO1: Primary regulated output, providing 5V with an optional 3.3V version, supporting a maximum drive current of 250mA, primarily for core power supply of automotive-grade MCUs. LDO2: Auxiliary regulated output, delivering 5V with a maximum current of 100mA, integrating off-board protection for powering automotive sensors and peripheral devices. LDO3: Offers multiple selectable voltages (5V/3.3V or 3.3V/1.8V), configurable with an external PNP transistor to enable load-sharing or independent supply modes with the main power VCC1, also equipped with off-board protection.
