Product Overview The REF30xx is a series of precision, low-power, low-dropout voltage reference products, using an ultra-small SOT23-3 package. The REF30xx is compact and has low power consumption (maximum 50µA), making it very suitable for portable and battery-powered applications. The REF30xx does not require a load capacitor. Under no-load conditions, the REF30xx can operate with a supply voltage only 1mV higher than the output voltage. All models are specified over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
