MCP2562FDT-E/MF is a high-performance CAN FD transceiver from Microchip. It supports CAN FD flexible data rate up to 8 Mbps and complies with ISO11898-2 and ISO11898-5 physical layer standards. Equipped with VIO supply pin, it can connect to microcontrollers with 1.8V~5.5V logic level without extra level shifting. The IC includes abundant safety protections: thermal shutdown, bus short-circuit protection, permanent dominant fault detection and ESD protection. Typical standby current is only 5μA, great for low-power systems. Package: 8-DFN 3×3mm. Operating temperature: -40℃ to 125℃.
