ADR421ARMZ-REEL7 belongs to the second-generation XFET® ultra-precision voltage reference IC of the ADR42x series, with a fixed output reference voltage of 2.5V. It adopts patented temperature drift curvature correction technology, featuring extremely low low-frequency noise, excellent long-term stability, and low thermal hysteresis; it supports a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V, with an output drive current of up to 10mA, and the output voltage can be fine-tuned within ±0.5% via the TRIM pin. The 8-MSOP small-outline package, with REEL7 as the standard tape and reel, is suitable for SMT automated mass placement.
