Product Overview The ADR4520/ADR4525/ADR4530/ADR4533/ADR4540/ADR4550 devices are all high-precision, low-power, low-noise voltage references with a maximum initial error of ±0.02%, and feature excellent temperature stability and low output noise. This series of voltage references uses an innovative core topology to achieve high precision, while providing industry-leading temperature stability and noise performance. The low thermal output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift of the devices also improve lifetime and system accuracy over the temperature range. The maximum operating current of 950 μA and the maximum low voltage differential of 300 mV make the devices ideal for portable equipment. The ADR4520/ADR4525/ADR4530/ADR4533/ADR4540/ADR4550 series voltage references are available in 8-pin SOIC packages, providing a wide range of output voltages, and all devices have a rated temperature range of -40°C to +125°C extended industrial temperature range. The ADR4525W is available in an 8-pin SOIC package, meeting automotive application standards.
