Product Description
The GD32F150xx devices belong to the value line of the GD32 MCU family. They are 32-bit general-purpose microcontrollers based on the high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M3 RISC core, offering the best cost-performance ratio in terms of processing power, reduced power consumption, and peripheral integration. The Cortex®-M3 is a next-generation processor core tightly coupled with the Nested Vectored Interrupt Controller (NVIC), SysTick timer, and advanced debug support. The GD32F150xx integrates the ARM® Cortex®-M3 32-bit processor core, operating at a frequency of 72 MHz with zero-wait-state Flash access for maximum efficiency. It provides up to 64 KB of on-chip Flash memory and up to 8 KB of SRAM. Enhanced I/Os and peripherals are connected to two APB buses, covering a wide range of functionalities. The device includes a 12-bit ADC, a 12-bit DAC and two comparators, up to five general-purpose 16-bit timers, one general-purpose 32-bit timer, a basic timer, an advanced PWM control timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two SPIs, two I2Cs, two USARTs, one I2S, HDMI-CEC, one TSI, and one USB 2.0 FS. Operating at a supply voltage of 2.6 to 3.6 V and within a temperature range of -40 to 85°C, the device offers multiple power-saving modes to maximize flexibility in balancing wake-up latency and power consumption, which is especially critical for low-power applications. These features make the GD32F150xx suitable for a wide range of applications, particularly in industrial control, motor drives, user interfaces, power monitoring and alarm systems, consumer and handheld devices, gaming and GPS, e-bikes, and more.
