The GD32F207xx devices belong to the performance line of the GD32 MCU family. They are new 32-bit general-purpose microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M3 RISC core, offering the best cost-performance ratio with optimal processing power, low power consumption, and peripheral integration. The Cortex-M3 is a next-generation processor core tightly coupled with a Nested Vectored Interrupt Controller (NVIC), SysTick timer, and advanced debug support. The GD32F207xx devices integrate the ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit processor core operating at 120 MHz with zero-wait flash access for maximum efficiency. They provide up to 3072 KB of on-chip Flash memory and 256 KB of SRAM. Enhanced I/Os and peripherals are connected to two APB buses. The devices offer up to three 12-bit 2 MSPS ADCs, two 12-bit DACs, up to ten 16-bit general-purpose timers, a 16-bit basic timer, and two 16-bit PWM advanced timers, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to three SPIs, three I2Cs, four USARTs, four UARTs, two I2Ss, two CANs, one SDIO, one USBFS, and one Ethernet. Additional peripherals include a TFT-LCD interface (TLI), an EXMC interface supporting SDRAM expansion, a digital camera interface (DCI), a cryptographic acceleration unit (CAU), a hash acceleration unit (HAU), and a true random number generator (TRNG). The devices operate at a power supply of 2.6 to 3.6 V, with an operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C.
