Product Description
The GD32F330xx devices belong to the value line of the GD32 MCU family. They are new 32-bit general-purpose microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M4 RISC core, offering the best cost-performance ratio in terms of enhanced processing power, reduced power consumption, and peripherals. The Cortex-M4 core features a complete set of DSP instructions to meet the hybrid requirements of high efficiency and ease-of-use for both control and signal processing capabilities. It also provides a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) and robust technologies to enhance application security and advanced debug support. The GD32F330xx devices integrate an ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit processor core operating at 84 MHz with zero-wait-state Flash access for maximum efficiency. They offer up to 128 KB of on-chip Flash memory and up to 16 KB of SRAM memory. Enhanced I/Os and peripherals are connected to two APB buses. The devices provide a 12-bit ADC, up to five general-purpose 16-bit timers, one general-purpose 32-bit timer, one PWM advanced control timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: two SPIs, two I2Cs, and two USARTs. The devices operate at a power supply voltage of 2.6 to 3.6 V, with an operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C. Multiple power-saving modes offer flexibility in wake-up latency and power consumption optimization, which is particularly important for low-power applications. These features make the GD32F330xx devices suitable for a wide range of applications, especially in industrial control, motor drives, interfaces, power monitoring and alarm systems, consumer and handheld devices, gaming and GPS, e-bikes, and more.
