Product Description

The GD32H7 series MCUs feature a 600MHz Arm® Cortex®-M7 high-performance core based on the Armv7E-M architecture, integrating advanced DSP hardware accelerators, a double-precision floating-point unit (FPU), a hardware trigonometric function accelerator (TMU), and a filter algorithm accelerator (FAC), significantly reducing the core's workload and enhancing processing efficiency. The GD32H7 series MCUs are equipped with 1024KB to 3840KB of on-chip Flash and 1024KB of SRAM, including 512KB of configurable ultra-large tightly coupled memory (ITCM, DTCM) to ensure zero-wait execution of critical instructions and data. They also feature 64KB of L1-Cache (I-Cache, D-Cache), effectively improving CPU processing efficiency and real-time performance. The GD32H7 series MCUs add extensive general-purpose peripheral resources, including 8 USARTs, 4 I2Cs, 6 SPIs, 4 I2Ss, 2 SDIOs, and 2 octal-SPIs (backward compatible with quad-SPIs). They are equipped with 2 USB2.0 OTG interfaces and integrate 3 CAN-FD controllers, 2 Ethernet interfaces, and 1 EtherCAT® slave controller. The chips also include an integrated TFT LCD driver and an image processing accelerator (IPA). Additionally, they feature a serial audio interface (SAI), an SPDIF audio interface, and an 8-bit to 14-bit digital camera interface. The MCUs are equipped with 4 32-bit general-purpose timers, 12 16-bit general-purpose timers, 4 64-bit/32-bit basic timers, and 2 PWM advanced timers. Two 14-bit ADCs support sampling rates up to 4MSPS, and one 12-bit ADC achieves a sampling rate of up to 5.3MSPS. They also integrate high-precision analog peripherals such as fast comparators (COMP) and DACs to support various motor control scenarios. The GD32H7 series MCUs operate at a supply voltage of 1.71V to 3.6V, support advanced power management, and offer three power supply modes (LDO/SMPS/direct power) and five low-power modes, enabling flexible power strategies to balance overall energy consumption. The GD32H7 series also supports multiple security mechanisms to ensure data security during communication. The GD32H7 series MCUs are widely applicable in digital signal processing, motor control, power supplies, energy storage systems, civilian drones, audio/video, graphics, and other fields. Thanks to their ultra-high frequency and large memory capacity, these MCUs are also suitable for high-end innovative scenarios such as machine learning and edge computing.
