Product Description
GD5F2GM7UE series is GigaDevice high-performance SPI SLC NAND Flash with 2Gb memory density. Designed for 3.3V electronic systems, the device accepts supply voltage ranging from 2.7V to 3.6V, and supports multi-mode SPI interfaces including standard SPI, dual SPI, quad SPI and DTR mode, achieving up to 133MHz maximum operating clock.
An integrated switchable hardware ECC engine removes the need for additional error correction circuits on the main controller, lowering overall BOM cost and design complexity. This memory IC guarantees at least 100,000 program and erase endurance cycles with stable data storage performance. It also supports hardware WP pin and software partition write protection to prevent accidental data modification or erasure.
This component provides various surface-mount packaging selections: 6×8mm WSON8-EP, compact 6×5mm WSON8-EP and 5×5mm TFBGA24. Two temperature grades are available: -40℃ to +85℃ general industrial variant and -40℃ to +105℃ wide-temperature model for harsh working environments. All products are delivered in standard tape & reel packaging for automated SMT mass production.
