Product Overview The REF50xx is a series of voltage reference products with low noise, low drift, and extremely high accuracy. This series of references supports both sink and source currents and features excellent line and load regulation. Proprietary design technology achieves excellent temperature drift (2.5ppm/℃) and high accuracy (0.025%). These features, combined with very low flicker noise (0.5μVPP/V), make the REF50xx series highly suitable for high-precision data acquisition systems. The REF50 series offers enhanced grade (REF50xxEI), high grade (REF50xxI), and standard grade (REF50xxAI), providing products in 8-pin SOIC and VSSOP packages, with a specified temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
